Sam Hosking has been known for his versatile vocal talent from a very early age. Originally from Australia, Sam’s love for singing soulful and acoustic-based music has allowed him to travel. His experiences in over 30 countries led him to learn the art of the creative process. Sam’s focus on singing has allowed him to become a master in his field, learning from an eclectic range of teachers worldwide.

Since moving to San Diego in September 2012, Sam has been keeping busy playing solo and duo cover shows in various bars/restaurants all over Southern California. From Downtown San Diego and Mission Valley to La Jolla, Del Mar, and Encinitas, there are few left that Sam has yet to appear at least once or twice.

Over the years, Sam has regularly played cover shows at most of San Diego’s live music venues. Playing a wide range of styles in a large variety of settings means there is little he cannot do with an acoustic guitar and an audience. Selecting the right cover songs to suit the audience is a valuable skill set, allowing for a diverse range of show styles. This has resulted in eventual success with private parties, weddings, and corporate events.

Sam now specializes in corporate and private events, large and small. Though San Diego is a top-rated destination for corporate events, these bookings regularly take Sam to events in and around the Los Angeles area, Palm Springs, and beyond.
